Direct Primary Care (DPC) is an innovative alternative payment model improving access to high functioning healthcare with a simple, flat, affordable membership fee. No fee-for-service payments. No third party billing. The defining element of DPC is an enduring and trusting relationship between a patient and his or her primary care provider. Community members have extraordinary access to a primary care provider for fixed monthly cost and those medical providers are accountable first and foremost their patients.

Each membership includes unlimited visits
Annual Exam including well woman exams, men’s physicals, well child checks, sports physicals, camp physicals, preops
Annual labs are included with in clinic lab draws. Additional labs are offered at wholesale prices that typically range from $20-$50
Unlimited access to nurse message line
Management of chronic conditions including diabetes, blood pressure, depression, thyroid, etc
Referrals as needed
Telemedicine visit option
Usually Same day or next day visits Monday through Saturday.
Discount on certain prescription medications
Discounted price on any other services or procedures not listed
